Half-Life 2
Posted 22 Jul 2004 by Akinwale Ariwodola
I came across this a few moments ago. I've actually been aware of the 16-day estimate for bug crunching for about 36 hours now. Anyway, I'm really awaiting this game, and all I can say is, let's just hope it gets released soon enough :)

Site Update
Posted 21 Jul 2004 by Akinwale Ariwodola
The photo gallery is now up, meaning you can see pictures of me. The recent items links aren't working properly yet. Hope to fix that soon. In the mean time, I'm working on the Post Comment function; um, actually procrastinating on when I'm going to start coding it, and finally get it to work.

Getting Prepared...
Posted 19 Jul 2004 by Akinwale Ariwodola
Microsoft Exam 70-315: Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual C# .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET... Phew! Been studying for this exam, I can confidently say I'm about 90% ready for it now. I'll be taking it within the next 20 days, hopefully. Just need to take some practice tests and seriously revise on major stuff. Apart from this, nothing else is new...

MySQL Database Error
Posted 18 Jul 2004 by Akinwale Ariwodola
Too many connections... this happens randomly everyday making the blog contents inaccessible. Don't worry, folks, this is being worked on and it will be stable as soon as possible. Nothing interesting has been happening. I read that there's going to be a Doom 3 demo (Source), guess that's a good thing.
Anyway, it's the beginning of a new week, a very long week...

Bad Internet Connection...
Posted 15 Jul 2004 by Akinwale Ariwodola
Yeah, this is sad. I have a terribly slow and unstable internet connection which I have to deal with everyday. Broadband is too expensive for an average individual to easily afford here, which sucks, but anyhow, I'll survive.
The Bio page is up; photo gallery will be done later. Chatted with Lara yesterday, she's such a lovely person. Actually, I chat with her almost everyday. For all you curious individuals, Lara is a girl who I met online (on IRC) February last year (one year, five months now, and still counting). She's very nice, and adorable. And yes, I do like her, very much.
Alright, back to current reality, I've been studying for MCAD (Microsoft Certified Application Developer) exams. Hope to get MS certified within the next 3 months. Trust me, that's a good thing. I can only keep hoping I get a better connection soon. Now, concerning power supply...

Hello World!
Posted 14 Jul 2004 by Akinwale Ariwodola
Hello everyone, welcome to my blog, a la AntiNormal! My name's Akinwale Ariwodola, and my major interests are Lara, programming, game development and computer games. Looking at my bio will be a very good place to start. This is not just another blog, this is one with a difference... (yeah, right :P).
It isn't complete yet, I'm still doing a lot of debugging and implementing new features. Anyway, hope you enjoy reading, and don't forget to post your comments (feedback will be appreciated). I'm going to see Spiderman 2 now! Cheers!
Have a nice day.
