Assets Acquisition

Not exactly. The year's almost over (about 3 months to go), and I managed to purchase a P4 Motherboard, 256MB DDR RAM and a case two days ago. Next week, if all goes well, I'll be getting a 2.4GHz processor, 512MB of additional RAM, and a 60GB hard disk drive. I'll be making use of my GeForce2 MX400 until I save up enough money for the 6800. Work and my savings have finally paid off, afterall. When the system's built and working perfectly, I need to figure out how I'm going to obtain a copy of Half-Life 2 (legally) before the year runs out. That will bring the number completed objectives for 2005 to 4, out of 5. Not bad, eh?

As for the GameDev 4E4 contest, I haven't been able to work on it at all for the past two weeks. I don't know if I'll be able to get something done before the deadline, which is October 31. Just over a month from now.

I've been working my ass off recently, and stuff. Plus I really need to cut down on my procrastination. Hopefully, I should be able to clear all projects currently on ground by this weekend.
